Jeep Motor Mount Lifts, 1" (Pair)
Want Jeep motor mount lifts (MMLs) to help compensate for driveline angle problems cause by a suspension lift? Have some other modification that impacted the driveline angle? Plan to do a tummy tuck? The Brown Dog designed these motor mount lifts to reposition your engine one inch higher than stock (at the cooling fan). This modification results in a change in the driveline angle.
High Performance Design.
The Brown Dog has experienced a sagging motor mount on his own YJ. This is why we engineered these replacement motor mounts for extreme strength. You'll find these mounts a serious upgrade from most other mounts, too. We use steel and feature double-weld joints to provide the most strength possible. And, just to make sure, we periodically pull a set of mounts off the shelf and put them through our 20-Ton Press Test. We have yet to see a Brown Dog MM or MML with a structural failure.
Featuring Classic Polyurethane Bushings.
The Classic Polyurethane bushings in this set of Brown Dog motor mounts will give your rig a sportier feel. If the bushings ever start to wear, replacements are available from Brown Dog Offroad. Installation Notes.
Motor mount lifts bolt directly to the pylon in the identical position of the stock mounts. Carefully inspect engine bracket for any excess wear, especially cracks. The original brackets weren't designed to handle the strength of serious offroad adventure nor these high-performance mounts.

Fits Jeep vehicles below with engine bracket opening* between 2.75 and 3.25".
*Measure between bracket arms where the bracket and mount meet.
